I’m not sure if I fully understood that, but are you saying giving faceclaims to cartoon/anime/etcetera characters? Or are you saying if it matters if the faceclaim is well known or not?

Archetypes | THE FOOL 

Anything to make their successor laugh. A contortion of the lips, striking a devilish grin from ear to ear. ‘Anything for the laughter’ is the mantra as they fumble over themselves again and again, all in the name of comic relief. They are the witty sidekick taking a backseat to the Kings & Queens that bathe themselves in spotlight. They dance and juggle, and paint their faces a shade of pure embarrassment. They play instruments of wit and create melodies of jest. They are dimwitted peasants that aspire for greatness through jealous eyes, but are blissfully unaware of their shortcomings. While they may play in the gardens of ignorance, the children of mockery are capable of a wrath that lies dormant inside them waiting to be fueled by the revenge they will get when the tables turn. When they refuse to be the clown to the protagonist’s story, because a fool can only be a fool for so long before they snap.
